Warranty Policy for Organic Natural Therapeutic Muscle Balm;

1. Shelf Life After Opening: Our muscle balm is best used within nine months from the time it is opened to ensure optimal quality and effectiveness.
2. Changes in Scent and Consistency: As a natural and organic product, the balm may develop a different scent and intensity once exposed to oxygen. This is completely normal and does not affect its efficacy.
3. Consistency Variations: The balm’s texture may change depending on the ambient from 15- 25 C temperature. This is a natural characteristic of organic products and does not compromise its quality.
