No Returns for Dispatched Products
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty,
- Damaged upon arrival, or
- Not as described,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] or 07832256907. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations and returns are no longer possible unless the product is faulty or not as described.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
